This is a truly unique pendant-a cross between a prayer box and a locket. A large sterling silver double sided puffed heart with delicate open scroll work features a heart plaque inscribed with "Always in my Heart". Lovely gift for healing, remembrance, memorial or sympathy.
When the necklace chain is not looped through, a safety latch can be opened on the pendant to reveal a genuine rose quartz heart gemstone. This healing stone is permanently attached to a moveable peg inside the pendant, so it won't get lost!
